The Trust is currently raising the final funding for the project. The centre will be fully accessible and will provide shower, toilet, changing and drying facilities for the expected 4,600 users each year. There will also be a training room and offices for three staff.

We are also working with three nationally recognised Award partners so people taking part in activities through Action Outdoors have the opportunity to gain accreditation for their efforts. These partners are The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme; The John Muir Trust Awards; and The Youth Achievement Awards.
