HRH The Prince of Wales is Patron of The Waterways Trust.

The Prince of Wales is a prominent campaigner on environmental issues and has publicly voiced his concerns about the natural environment for decades. Themes to which he often returns are the need for responsible stewardship of our natural resources and for global co-operation to protect our environmental heritage, so that the world can be passed on to future generations in the best possible state.
